Yep. That says STATE CHAMPS. That boy is fast! Must be the shorter hair...Arnold traveled to Fairbanks with members of the Sitka High Track team for the State meet last weekend. His relay team took the only first place win for Sitka.
His coach was telling me about it this last week and we BOTH had tears in our eyes! So proud of him.

That is awesome. That must be the secret to your success - train WITH all the hair, then cut it off right before a meet - much lighter and faster.

Why is it the kids have to grow up and put tears in our eyes? Mine are still little and they keep doing that.
Good job Arnold! I will expect that since you are super fast we will have a race of our own. I will cut off all of my hair, and then I will be extra fast. Because I am short, I fly under the wind.
