spring is here. the whales are swimming around outside, enjoying the herring. the snow will have to start melting soon. time to replace the flannel sheets inside, and step out into the sunshine with a new spring purse.
i was in juneau over the weekend for an early childhood conference. while there, we had a few hours in the evening to shop at walmart (sorry, lori), fred meyer, and costco.
anyway, one of the workshops was about inspiring creativity in children, and the presenter noted that we needed to feed our own creativity as well. thus the link to creative writing prompts (previous post). when i read the names in the prompt i thought "sounds like characters daddy would come up with." thanks for posting your stories.

aaaahhhhh. Coach!!!! When you carry Coach you are not allowed to use words like (gasp) Walmart. It's just the way it is. :)

What cold you possibly hate about Walmart?! You can get anything you need there and food is way cheaper than the regular grocery store!
Cute purse! Very spring, the snow will feel out of place when you step out with that on your arm!
